Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative design concepts that align with client requirements and project objectives.

• Refine these concepts into detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and perspectives.

• Utilize advanced design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools to produce accurate and detailed plans.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and effectively communicating design ideas.

• Present design proposals and modifications to clients and stakeholders, addressing feedback and making necessary revisions.

• Ensure all designs comply with UAE building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant statutory requirements.

• Integrate sustainable design principles into projects, considering energy efficiency, material ion, and environmental impact.
