Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and schematics using CAD software based on design concepts and sketches.

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to interpret design requirements and incorporate technical specifications.

• Modify and update existing drawings to reflect design changes and construction revisions.

• Ensure all drawings are compliant with local building codes, zoning laws, and UAE regulatory standards.

• Maintain organized documentation of drawings, plans, and revisions for project archives.

• Assist in preparing presentation drawings and renderings for client proposals and approvals.

• Coordinate with other departments (MEP, structural, interior) to integrate multidisciplinary drawings.

• Conduct site visits to collect measurements and verify construction adherence to design intent.

• Prepare working drawings and shop drawings for submission to authorities and contractors.

• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies relevant to architectural drafting in the UAE context.
